Job Title: Warehouse ManagerLocation: Charlotte, NC We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to be part of a growing non-profit organization.Responsibilities: Prepare and load materials for shipping Receive and unload incoming materialsAble to achieve our daily productivity standards Transfer product from dock staging locations to containers, trailers and or boxcarsAssist in leading teams in activities such as unloading/loading materials Move product to appropriate locationCheck in bulk shipments and receive in portalEnsure a clean facilityOperate all equipment including pallet jack and forklift Ensure all orders are accurate Assist inventory as neededContribute idea on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedureOrganize warehouse space Must be a self starterBe punctual and wear approved warehouse apparel Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and problem solving skillsMust be a self starterFamiliarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routesHave great communication and organizational skills Highly responsible and reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a team Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructionsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentHave a minimum of ten years experience as a Warehouse ManagerValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, work in confined spaces Work in extreme temperaturesPlease submit your resume, portfolio, cover letter and references through the provided link or to allyssa@carolinafarmtrust.org.
