About the Role:
We at Katyayani Organics are one of the fastest-growing companies in the Field of Agro inputs. With our dynamic growing work environment, we are looking for Ambitious Individuals with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities: -
• This is a Vital Leadership role in which one needs to lead a Team of +0+ Individuals and manage the Warehouse Facility.
• Responsible for complete Management of 40,000 Sq Ft Warehouse - Inventory management, Logistics Management. Inventory Control; Material Handling; FIFO Method, Workforce Management, SOP Creation and Implementation, Optimizing the existing Process and Cost Analysis.
• Responsible for deep dive; managing operations KPI with continuous review and RCA
• Ensuring effective stock planning at various warehouses to ensure a high stock availability & fulfillment rate and other metrics
• Implementing the best-in-class processes and solutions to manage warehousing and order processing smoothly and effectively across multiple channels
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce operational costs on fulfillment.
• Review overall business planning periodically to finalize operational budgets and improve profitability
• Upgrading SOPs as per business needs and training across the organization
• Ensure that the warehouse operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations and compliance.
• Working Knowledge of Inventory Software like Zoho Inventory and Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
• Driving KPIs through data analysis
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
