Qualifications

5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the food and beverage sector
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Spanish / English is a must

Responsibilities
This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our logistics and warehousing operations to support our food and beverage import business
Oversee daily operations of all four warehouses, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain efficient warehousing processes to optimize storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and operational personnel, to ensure high performance and morale
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse teams
Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand
Conduct regular inventory audits and implement best practices for inventory control
Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal routing
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity within the warehouse operations
Implement technology solutions and automation where applicable to streamline operations
Prepare and manage the logistics budget, including labor, equipment, and operational costs, to ensure financial targets are met
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and other relevant laws and guidelines in all warehouse operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and safety protocols
Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory levels, and shipping efficiency to inform management decisions
