Onsite position M-F 6:30am-2:30pm
Salary Range: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating material handling activities and ensuring accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products. This role trains team members, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and drives overall workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily start-up meetings and assign workloads
Train and mentor warehouse employees
Support locating, picking, loading, and unloading of product
Communicate staffing needs and monitor workflow throughout the day
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other equipment
Conduct quality checks and ensure proper product handling
Promote continuous improvement, teamwork, and problem‑solving
Perform general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year warehouse or related experience preferred
5S and continuous improvement focus
Basic computer skills; ability to learn internal systems
Strong communication, leadership, discipline, and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads)

Work Environment
Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise and seasonal temperature changes. Requires standing, walking, lifting, and regular use of material‑handling equipment.
