Warehouse Incharge
Job Description
The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, dispatch coordination, stock accuracy, and maintaining warehouse discipline and safety standards. The role ensures smooth warehouse functioning and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete warehouse operations including inward, storage, and outward movement of goods.
Ensure accurate receiving and physical verification of materials against documents.
Maintain stock accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits/cycle counts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and ERP/system entries.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage practices.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations.
Prepare warehouse MIS reports and operational updates.
Maintain housekeeping and security of warehouse assets.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in warehouse operations/inventory management.
Experience in distribution, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG warehouse operations preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
