Location: Springwood QLD
Hours: 15–25 hours/week (flexible for the right person)
Join a small, growing team with a hands-on role that’s more than just boxes and forklifts.

We’re GCB Doors and Windows — a local supplier serving homeowners, tradies, and builders across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We’re known for friendly service, sharp quoting, and quality products. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to help keep things moving behind the scenes in our warehouse.

This part-time role suits someone already on the tools, a junior looking to grow their skills, or even a more experienced hand (carpenter, glazier, or semi-retired tradesperson) looking to stay active.

What you'll be doing:

Organising the warehouse and keeping it running smoothly
Making and assembling flyscreens
Installing timber window reveals
Prepping and packing orders for delivery
Helping customers with pickups and loading
Assisting with screen installation (e.g., diamond grille, Crimsafe-style)
Providing general support to the driver and team as needed
What we’re looking for:

Someone with tools or trade industry experience (e.g., carpentry, glazing, screens, fabrication, etc.)
Comfortable working with hands and lifting large doors or window frames
Reliable, practical, and a good communicator
Manual licence a bonus
Trailer Driving Experience = even better (but not essential)
