Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee various warehouse functions. The role involves handling the inward and outward processes, billing, dispatches, loading/unloading of goods, scanning, and barcode generation, ensuring smooth and timely operations within the warehouse. A good understanding of computers, Excel, and emailing is essential for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
Inward & Outward Process Knowledge – Understanding of goods receiving, inventory management, dispatching, and associated processes.
Billing & Documentation – Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with barcode generation and scanning systems.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory control.
Good organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (emailing, verbal communication).
Forklift certification and experience is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
