Job Description
Location: Training in Canning Town (E16 4ST), then based in Childerditch (CM13 3HD)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time
We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hardworking individual to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will begin with a 4-6 week training period at our Canning Town depot (E16 4ST), learning a vital role delivering items to engineers across Central London.
During the training period, you will work:
• 5 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• 07:00 – 17:00 or 16:00 – 02:00
Once fully trained, you will provide cover for this delivery role as required.
Following the training period, your permanent base will be our Childerditch depot (CM13 3HD), working:
• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 – 17:00
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• A valid Counterbalance licence
• Your own transport, as both depot locations are not accessible by public transport
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and at short notice when required
• Good communication skills
• Good reading and writing skills
