Job Summary:

The Warehouse Data Entry Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management and administrative processes. This position involves a balanced combination of hands-on warehouse duties and meticulous data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, proficient with computer software, and possess a friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Inventory Management (70%)

Receiving and unloading incoming shipments of goods and supplies.
Organizing and storing inventory in a logical and efficient manner.
Picking and preparing orders for internal use or potential future online sales.
Using tools to price items and label stock
Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assisting with the movement of stock as needed.
Data Entry and Administrative Support (30%)

Accurately inputting inventory data into our digital system
Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
Maintaining and updating databases with various information (e.g., product details, supplier information).
Generating reports on inventory levels and data as required.
Utilizing Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Organizing and storing inventory in a logical and efficient manner.
Picking and preparing orders for internal use or potential future sales.
Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assisting with the movement of stock as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry is required.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
Experience with processing invoices is an asset.
Ability to perform physical tasks related to warehouse duties, including lifting and moving boxes (within reasonable limits) up to 50lbs
A friendly and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, Seasonal Position
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $15.70-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
