Full job description
Cardinal Health, with over 1300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our 6-month position at Winnipeg Distribution Centre. Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and stocking medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.

Location: #6-130 Omands Creek Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2R 1V7

Hourly rate: $20.60

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations

Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received

Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided

Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling

Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies

Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations

Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

High School diploma, preferred

Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred

Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working

Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy

Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial
