Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dundas, Ontario. This full-time role involves day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems.
Maintain organized warehouse stock and monitor inventory levels.
Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
Ensure all outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, sales) to resolve order or shipping issues.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential (minimum 1–2 years).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
Physical ability to lift/move boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse software, scanners, and inventory management systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
