Full Job Description:

Our warehouse is 12k sf and features central air conditioning and heating.

We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented people to join our warehouse crew.

Start with 5 weeks of hands-on training with our leadership team. When you finish training, you’ll receive a $250 completion bonus.

Base Pay:

$15/hour + Incentives
Current Weekly Incentives (start after training):

+ $1/hour per week for perfect attendance each week
+ $1/hour per week for hitting performance & accuracy goals
Total Potential Pay:

If you earn both incentives: $17/hour total
Bonus:

$250 Clear Training Bonus in 5 weeks
Hours & Schedule:

40 hours guaranteed every week
Monday–Friday - Day shift only: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend availability is required - Mandatory overtime during peak seasons
Our warehouse operates with a small team, making punctuality and good attendance important in this role
What You’ll Do:

Pick orders – Locate and collect items in the warehouse (12k sf - small warehouse)
Pack orders – Double-check accuracy and prepare orders for shipping

Requirements:

Strong organization and multitasking skills
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 40 lbs
Attention to detail
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Must be fluent in reading and speaking English
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment, including changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust
Occasionally requires sitting, climbing, or balancing
