Job Roles Available:
• Picking and Packing
• Billing and Scanning
• Data Entry
• Dispatch Entry
• Sorting Work
• Loading and Unloading

Work Schedule:
• 8 hours duty (Rotational shift or General shift)
• 6 working days per week
• 1 weekly off (rotational)
• 2 monthly leaves (1 paid leave + 1 sick leave)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age limit: 18 to 40 years
• Gender: Male and Female
• Education: Below 10th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary and Benefits:
• Take Home Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• OT Pay: ₹145 per hour (Up to 45 hours/month allowed)
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per night (If working 15 nights/month)
• Referral Bonus: ₹1,000 (after your referral joins)
• Salary Increment: Every 6 months based on performance
• Benefits: PF , ESI , attendance bonus, 2 times Food, 4 sharing room, tea, snacks
