Job Overview
Seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant / Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and communication between the warehouse and office. This role involves inventory control, stock organization, receiving shipments, and ensuring accuracy in all inbound and outbound transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily communication between warehouse and office
Receive shipments: verify product quantities and details upon arrival
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Prepare and organize stock for delivery or pickup
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and report any discrepancies
Support other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
Proficient in Excel and Word
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
Basic English communication skills
Cantonese or Mandarin speaking preferred
