Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse OperationsSupervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.Plan and organize warehouse space to optimize layout and storage utilization.Monitor material movement and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.2. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts/stock audits.Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete inventory.3. Documentation & ReportingPrepare GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and dispatch documents.Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward material.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.4. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for material availability and timely dispatch.Liaise with transporters and courier partners for on-time delivery and shipment tracking.5. Safety & ComplianceEnsure warehouse operations follow safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure proper handling of equipment.6. Team SupervisionGuide and monitor warehouse staff for efficient work execution. Provide training on warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and equipment handling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
