What do we do?
The Souled Store is one India’s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.
The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. Responsibilities:
- Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce brand or platform.
- Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse operation.
- Make sure to follow SOP adherence strongly.
- Able to handle and coordination between the stores team and warehouse team for smooth operation.
- Negotiation and handling day to day operations with a 3rd party operator for logistics and last mile delivery.
- Invoicing & E-waybilling
- Reconciliation of Transporter Billing & Invoices
- Analysis of Store Inward, Outward & find out the root cause of any issues. Like Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies and report any issues. Short Inventory received at Store and Vice Versa.
- Inventory closing of any Inventory movement happens between Stores & Warehouses.
- Taking follow ups with stores, Logistics and between other teams.
- Making MIS report and circulating to respective and other departments.
- Manage the core team of warehouse operations retail team.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Requirements:
1. Experience of handling at least 80 stores warehouse day to day operations.
2. Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
3. Strong people management with cross functional team & communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done and decision maker, with little or no supervision.
4. Knowledge of ERP/WMS like (Vinculum) will be an added advantage and Preferred.
5. Great communication
6. Excellent customer service and people skills
- General Retail knowhow including but not limited to:
- Tracking, understanding, and achieving KPIs
- Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to and willingness to learn of the TSS culture , gain product knowledge and use it

Records Management
