Hands-on experience in challan preparation, E-way bill preparation, and stock maintenance.
Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Warehouse / Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in challan preparation, E-way bill preparation, stock maintenance, and some dispatch work. This role is essential in ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and financial records are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Challan Preparation: Prepare and manage delivery challans for all outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
E-way Bill Preparation: Generate and manage E-way bills for the transportation of goods as per regulatory requirements.
Stock Maintenance: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Dispatch Work: Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory changes.
Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to warehousing and transportation.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, dispatch status, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse operations and accounts management.
Hands-on experience in challan preparation, E-way bill preparation, and stock maintenance.
Familiarity with dispatch operations and logistics.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehousing, logistics, or accounting is a plus.,
