Job Description
Daytime Healthcare is working with a Luxury Private Hospital in Central London who are looking for a Ward Nurse Manager to join their team!
Working as a Ward Nurse Manager to support the goal of the company to create an environment that delivers world-class clinical care.
Responsibilities:
• To assess, plan, deliver, and implement a high standard of nursing care to patients.
• To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times.
• Assess, plan, and deliver care to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care meeting NMC standards for documentation.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with patients, other nurses, and consultants.
Ideal Candidates / Qualifications:
• Registered General Nurse
• A motivated and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Phlebotomy training desirable
