Job Description
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- **High-Volume Sourcing:** Execute strategies to fill high-turnover or high-demand roles (e.g., nursing, patient care techs, and environmental services) using job boards, social media, and nursing school partnerships.
- **Clinical Credentialing:** Verify medical licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and educational backgrounds to ensure 100% compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Stakeholder Partnership:** Collaborate with department heads and chief nursing officers (CNOs) to understand specific unit needs and cultural fits.
- **Compliance & Audit Readiness:** Maintain meticulous records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure the hospital is always "audit-ready" for the **Joint Commission** or local health authorities.
- **Candidate Experience:** Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a professional introduction to the hospital's mission.

- **Education:** Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 5-8 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/hospital experience is strongly preferred).
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse) and healthcare-specific job boards (e.g., Health eCareers, LinkedIn).
- **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of medical terminology and the hierarchy of clinical roles.
