• Utilizing various sourcing Job Portals like Naukri.com to find resumes as per client need.
• Referring Internal Database and Employee Referrals, Head Hunting etc.
• Handling Recruitment for IT Company
• Arranging the candidates for Interview with Clients.
• Working on profiles in Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Back Office operations & Factory operations.
• Doing Job Posting, Mass Mailing etc.
• Sourcing resumes, Short listing candidates, Coordinating interviews.
• Co-ordination with the Company HR.
