Role & responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions through voice calls
• Assist customers with banking products and services
• Resolve customer queries
• Achieve assigned monthly targets
Preferred candidate profile:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service, banking, BPO is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
