Desired Competencies

MustHave (Technical)
• Strong experience in Core Java and Java features (Java 8+)
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch
• Expertise in Microservices architecture
• RESTful service design & development
• Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience with exception handling, logging, and performance tuning

GoodtoHave
• Understanding of containerization & deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, JBoss
• Familiarity with build and version control tools: Maven, Gradle, Git
• Experience in ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Handson experience with Angular or React

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprisescale full stack applications
• Demonstrate ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
• Build and enhance Javabased backend services using Spring Boot & Microservices
• Develop secure, scalable, and highperformance REST APIs
• Create intuitive and responsive UI components using Angular (preferred) or React
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production issue analysis
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise coding standards
• Apply strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Core Java, SQL
• Optimize application performance and ensure reliability
• Maintain excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in responsive UI design standards using Angular 6+/React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
