Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers & Experienced Candidates to join our Sales team. As a Management Trainee/Sales Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property site visits and presentations
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay updated with market trends and property listings
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience
• Experience in Automobiles /Real Estate / Insurance / Banking / EdTech is an added advantage
• Must be a graduate (any discipline)
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• NOTE: No Female candidates
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
