Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum performance.
Track, analyze, and present campaign reports using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns is preferred.
