Key Responsibilities
Generate mortgage loan leads through open market sourcing activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with connectors, brokers, real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
Identify potential customers and promote mortgage loan products.
Conduct customer meetings, explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Regularly visit market areas to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and referral sources.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
