Immediate Hiring || HR Recruiter & Sr. HR Recruiter || Hyderabad (WFO) || Day Shift || Prefer Female
Walk-in: From Monday to Saturday
Timings: B/w 12pm to 3pm
Role: HR Recruiter & Sr. HR Recruiter
Employment Type: Full Time (Work From Office)
Shift: Day Shift
Role & responsibilities:
• Search resumes, post job openings, and contact candidates for roles like sales, banking, BPO, Healthcare and admin positions.
• Conduct initial HR screening, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews with client companies.
• Follow up with candidates and clients, manage offer and joining process, and ensure candidates successfully join the company.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Education: Graduate (Any stream) - No pursuing
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experience can apply
• Experience of Interantional Customer Support (or) Non-IT hiring will be considered
• Career gap should not be more than 2 years
• Age should not be more than 28 years
• Should speak fluent in both English & Telugu (Need Excellent communication in English - Mandatory)
• Prefer Female Candidates
• Immedate Joiners
Additional Information:
• Work Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
• Working: 6 day working and 1 week Off
Salary:
• Freshers: 13K to 15K per Month + Incentives
• Experienced: Up to 25K per Month + Incentives
• Hike will be Based on 1st three months performance
