Qualification & Work Experience:
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Diamonds & Jewellery / International Market)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Any Graduate
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in the international market. The position is based in Surat and involves participating in the Walk-In Drive on the 7th of February 2026. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting our lab-grown diamond collections globally, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying and engaging new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and delivering presentations to clients to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international clients and develop long-term business relationships
• Manage sales inquiries, negotiations, and order processing for export markets
• Communicate with overseas buyers via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams for order execution
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
Key Requirements:
• Fluent English listening & speaking skills (mandatory)
• Strong communication & client-handling skills
• Interest in diamonds & jewellery sales
• Willingness to work with international markets
• Prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
