Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Provide guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience. Ensure all guests feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu offerings, specials, and dietary options, and confidently recommend dishes to guests based on their preferences.
• Order Taking: Take orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Food & Drink Service: Serve food and drinks quickly and courteously, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet high standards.
• Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work together with other team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Conflict Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Personal Attributes:
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
