We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to come and join us at Richmond Hill Hotel.
Located in the heart of London’s greenest borough, we are an independently owned Georgian hotel, just a stone through from the royal park. This is London’s gateway to nature.

As one of our Memory Makers, you will play a vital role in the guest journey – from welcoming guests with genuine warmth to ensuring every meal and drink is served with care, attention, and personality.
Key Duties:
• Deliver exceptional service in the restaurant, making every guest feel valued and cared for
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Support the wider food & beverage team with set-up, service, and breakdown of events or service areas
