Profile Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in a luxurious resort or hotel setting. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail will ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.
• Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Provide information on menu items, make recommendations, and address any special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for order processing and billing.
