Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the dining room staff
• Ensure highest standards of customer service
• Train and mentor new team members
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
• Passion for hospitality and food service
