The Role

We are looking for Waitstaff who are able to work well in a fast paced environment and values being part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests.

· Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines

· Identify and ensure that all guests wants and needs are meet and exceed expectations

· Be responsible of cash and credit card payments are attained and approved

· Collaborate closely with other team members

· Ensure opening and closing tasks and duties are completed satisfactory

· Attractive tips

This is a casual role. Full time positions are available for the right candidate.

Requirements

· 1 year experience as Waitstaff

· Valid Australian working rights

· Fluent English

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive can-do attitude

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Clean and well presented and attention to detail

· A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork

· Valid NSW RSA

· Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability

The Role

Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines
Guide guests through the menu and make suggestions and recommendations
Identify and guarantee that all guests wants and need are meet and exceed expectations
Take accurate food and drinks orders using POS system
Check the quality and presentation of the dishes, making sure they uphold company standards
Clearing and setting tables efficiently and hygienically
Process payments effectively
Collaborate closely with other team members
Complete opening and closing tasks and duties

Relevant Experience on a similar role
Valid Australian working rights
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
