The Role
As part of our front of house team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent and friendly customer service
Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant
Following instructions from management efficiently
Handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Working collaboratively with team members
Engaging positively with customers to enhance their dining experience
Skills & Experience
Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willing to obtain one
Must have a Food Handler Certificate
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Speaking English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred
Previous hospitality experience is required
Must be available to work Fridays and weekends
Junior applicants aged 18–20 are welcome to apply. Junior employees who sell or serve alcohol, including as part of their general waiting duties, will be paid the applicable adult rate in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
