Job Description
This position is with leading bank in Kolkata.
Looking for Candidates only from Banking Domain.
CTC 17 to 27 Lacs max depending on Interview.
• To assist in credit decision making and help in new initiatives of the credit department
• Assist in analysing the credit worthiness of the borrower
• Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same
• Support credit team in formulating credit policies
• Support credit team in new initiatives like credit derivative swaps, Basle II norms etc.
• Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations
• Evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the credit data warehouse perspective
• In depth knowledge of credit evaluation
• A very good eye for detail
• Proactive: Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies
• Understanding of credit ratings
• Interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers
• Team player
• Knowledge of specific industry would be an added advantage
• A CA/ MBA from a reputed institute
• 6-10 years post qualification experience in credit evaluation in FI
