The Role
This position will be responsible to formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the commercial properties within the Company’s India Commercial portfolio. This position will be managing and leading the leasing team for upcoming project in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
• Formulating and implementing strategies with the team to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
• Driving the team to secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Responsible for preparing annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
• Manage and track of marketing budget to present to stakeholders.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team in terms of the leasing strategies.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 15 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing, including 8 or more years in a managerial capacity.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts both primary with the prospective tenants for the Market and IPCs.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
