The Social Media Manager will oversee editing videos for the Workstyle Revolutions' social media platforms.

What are we looking for?

Skills/Experience Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro). Ability to create engaging and dynamic short-form content. Strong understanding of social media trends and video formats. Experience in accessibility and inclusivity in video editing, including adding captions, using high-contrast visuals, and ensuring content is easy to understand. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Creativity and storytelling skills to enhance video appeal.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities Edit 6-8 short-form videos per month for social media platforms. Ensure videos align with the desired style, branding, and audience engagement goals. Incorporate engaging transitions, text overlays, and effects to enhance viewer engagement. Optimise video content for different social media platforms Implement accessibility features, such as captions, transcripts, and visual clarity, to ensure inclusivity.
