About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP / Software Developer with strong experience in telephony platforms, backend development, and real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC-based applications.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud telephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications
- Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers
- Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications
- Develop backend services using Laravel PHP
- Design SIP call flows, dialplans, IVR, and routing logic
- Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers
- Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP, and server-related issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Work with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations
- Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- Predictive Dialers
- Contact Center Platforms
- Cloud Telephony Systems
- Voice Bots / AI Calling Platforms
