Voice and Mail Process

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide information as needed
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel
- Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
• Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve customer issues
- Positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
• Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
