We are looking for a Sales Head to drive our growth on leading e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy). The role involves managing advertising campaigns, boosting sales, and building strong marketplace relationships.
What You'll Do
Run and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
Lead a team to manage campaigns, track performance, and improve results.
Monitor key metrics like ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Find new growth opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
Work with marketing, sales, inventory, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Manage relationships with marketplace partners.
Ensure product listings are optimized and policies are followed.
Share performance reports and insights with management.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales & advertising.
Strong knowledge of PPC ads and marketplace platforms.
Experience with tools like Amazon DSP, Meta Ads Manager etc.
Proven record of scaling online sales through ads.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven setup.
