Visualizer Graphic Designer

We 3 Cheers Ad! is an ad agency based in Malad and is searching for a highly creative Visualizer to join our Graphic Team. In this position, you will be responsible for visualizing creatively & delivering innovative graphics & designs. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s design & campaigns stand out from the competitors’ activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Visualize, Brainstorm, Ideate & Transform Ideas into effective designs artwork

· Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively

· Creating Illustrations, Storyboards, Character Designing, Mascots, etc. for campaigns

· Creative & Innovative concepts for new briefs / pitches

· Knowledge of latest trends on social media & ability to adapt and present innovative ideas

· Clear understanding of brand colors & Mood Board

· Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

· Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences.

Requirements

· Thorough knowledge of Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, and Photoshop

· Proven work experience as a Visualizer in an Ad Agency

· Creative mind and storytelling skills

· Should possess leadership skills.

· Must Possess excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details

· Should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment

· Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines

· Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of team as well.

· Work along with team.
