Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Development Conceptualize and create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and brand communications. Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual directions for campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Design static and motion creatives for digital platforms.
Video Editing & Production Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional content. Create engaging reels, shorts, ads, explainers, and promotional videos. Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, captions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate. Optimize content formats for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Collaboration & Content Execution Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements. Translate creative briefs into impactful visual and video content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience creating social media creatives, digital ads, and branded content. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. Ability to manage projects independently and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Good to Have Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles. Experience working with AI-powered creative tools.
