Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Photo Editor & Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and editing both photos and videos to produce high-quality content for various purposes, such as marketing, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for film making.Key Responsibilities:Photo Editing:Edit and retouch photos according to brand guidelines.Camera Raw and edit- Adjust brightness, contrast, colors, and other elements to achieve the desired look.Crop and resize images for different platforms and purposes.Image Manipulation- Remove imperfections, blemishes, or unwanted elements from photos.Maintain a consistent visual style across all edited photos.Video Editing:Edit and assemble raw footage according to guidelines.Color correction and sound editing according to guidelines.Add music, sound effects, and captions as needed.Create smooth transitions and maintain a logical sequence in the videos.Collaborate with photographers and videographers to understand the project requirements and deliver the desired result.Creative Input:Contribute creative ideas for improving the visual aspects of photos and videos.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of content.Create creative guidelines and processes for post production.Organization and Workflow:Maintain a well-organized file structure and workflow to
