About the Role
SRV Media is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX & Visual Designer to design intuitive digital experiences while maintaining exceptional visual standards. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving user problems, creating seamless user journeys, and delivering visually engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile applications, and landing pages.
Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve user experience.
Develop visually compelling designs that align with client branding and business objectives.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Developers, Content Teams, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Design digital assets including banners, social media creatives, presentations, emailers, and marketing collateral when required.
Ensure consistency across design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Visual Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, websites, mobile apps, and visual design work.
Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Agency experience will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing for SaaS, eCommerce, or enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and animation.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
