Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to our creative efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to create visually stunning and effective design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Visual Content Design: Create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing materials, and advertisements.
● Collaborative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts, bringing ideas to life through compelling design.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
● Wireframing & Prototyping: Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications to enhance user experience.
● Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to infuse innovative ideas into the team’s work.
● Creative Contribution: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, providing input and contributing to the creative direction of projects.
● Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirement & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in visual design or a related role.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including digital and print projects.
● Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
● Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
● A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the design field.
