Visual Designer - Fresher

Mulmul is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, retail, print, and packaging. If you have a strong design aesthetic, a passion for fashion, and enjoy creating premium brand experiences, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media, website, emailers, digital campaigns, and marketing communication.
• Create visual assets for new collections, brand campaigns, and product launches.
• Design retail communication, in-store branding, POS material, and event creatives.
• Develop premium packaging including shopping bags, gift boxes, tags, labels, tissue paper, and other packaging elements.
• Create presentations, lookbooks, catalogues, and other brand collateral.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and stay updated with design and fashion trends.

Requirements
• 25 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, and packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
