ABOUT THE COMPANY & THE ROLE
ImaginXP is a leading ed-tech organisation for future skills with over 15,000+ learners studying across various industry-oriented full-time degree programs, in UX Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, FinTech, AI& ML, RPA, to name a few. We have been addressing the need for a quality curriculum, and skill gap that exists in the higher education ecosystem with well-trained faculty, industry-focused curricula, and a digital platform with 100+ corporate coaches in different subject matters. Apart from a knowledge organisation, ImaginXP is a virtual university platform with live classroom access, challenges, short term certification academy, events, and corporate mentors to guide and teach the students across the six years of graduation and post-graduation.
• At 21+ company-owned centers across the India.
• With 3 State Governments i.e., Maharashtra Government, Rajasthan Government and Andhra Pradesh Government.
• At various prominent companies like NVIDIA, World bank, KPMG etc.
• ImaginXP has also collaborated with 30+ renowned Universities across the Nation to conduct full-fledged industry-led UX Degree courses (B.Des – UX, M.Des – UX and PGD – UX) INDUSTRY: Education Management FUNCTIONAL AREA: Marketing; Educational Branding.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a designer having prior experience of creating brand campaigns, visualizing brand identity, creative visualizer. Should have knowledge of integrated marketing communications performed at 360 degree level.
A visual designer should have an understanding of web design issues, including browser usability and cross-platform compatibility. Has previous experience with Responsive design and has worked with advertising agency/ brand/ creative agency experience are a plus. The position requires strong design and troubleshooting skills, as well as an eye for detail.
• The role includes, the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
• You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites design, creative design & graphic design.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Creation of such graphics that capture’s the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
• The graphics should have creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Design a wide array of assets that lead to engaging experiences for our users Given a creative brief, design compelling assets geared towards meeting and achieving the goals set forth.
• Follow brand standards for external clients, as well as internal game and partner teams Work with team to both conceptualize and iterate on compositions for deployment across mobile platforms.
• Supplement, alter and craft concept art as needed, including digital painting, to achieve optimal results with compositions.
TRAINING: The training period is of 8-10 days
PROBATION PERIOD: 6 months
MUST HAVE’S:
• 3-6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in crafting assets driving engaging experiences on mobile devices.
• Experience and knowledge into UX Design is a must.
• Advanced experience with FIGMA, Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud); proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; proven understanding of Adobe After Effects and/or Autodesk Maya is a major plus.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
• Attentive to design feedback and able to quickly iterate on compositions in a manner that successfully addresses creative direction.
• Teammate with dream to place focus on the success of the team versus individual.
• Link to an online portfolio, featuring work specific to the mobile design space.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
