Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a designer having prior experience in creating brand campaigns, visualizing brand identity, creative visualizer
Should have knowledge of integrated marketing communications performed at the 360-degree level
A visual designer should have an understanding of web design issues, including browser usability and cross-platform compatibility
Has previous experience with Responsive design and has worked with advertising agency/ brand/ creative agency experience is a plus
The position requires strong design and troubleshooting skills, as well as an eye for detail.
• The role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
• You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of website design, creative design & graphic design.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Creation of such graphics that capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
• The graphics should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Design a wide array of assets that lead to engaging experiences for our users
• Given a creative brief, design compelling assets geared towards meeting and achieving the goals set forth
• Follow brand standards for external clients, as well as internal game and partner teams,
• Work with team to both conceptualize and iterate on compositions for deployment across mobile platforms
• Supplement, alter, and craft concept art as needed, including digital painting, to achieve optimal results with compositions
MUST HAVE’S:
• 3-6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in crafting assets driving engaging experiences on mobile devices.
• Experience and knowledge of UX Design are a must.
• Advanced experience with FIGMA, Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud); proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; proven understanding of Adobe After Effects and/or Autodesk Maya is a major plus
• Advanced knowledge of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and more
• Attentive to design feedback and able to quickly iterate on compositions in a manner that successfully addresses the creative direction
• Teammate with a dream to place focus on the success of the team versus individual
• Link to an online portfolio, featuring work specific to the mobile design space
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
