• * Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation concerning IT security and data privacy.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• * Proficiency in IT system administration, network management, and database systems.
• * Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
• * Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• * Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• * A valid passport and the ability to relocate to Canada (Visa sponsorship will be provided).
