Job Title: Visa Manager Location: Andheri/ Mumbai Job Summary: The Visa Manager will be responsible for managing the visa process for international students. This includes overseeing documentation, ensuring timely submissions, and advising students on visa related matters, all while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visa Documentation: Review and verify student visa applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy. 2. Coordination: Communicate with students to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submission of visa applications. 3. Deadline Management: Track and ensure all visa applications meet submission deadlines. 4. Student Support: Advise students on visa-related matters, including extensions, renewals, and compliance. 5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and provide regular updates. 6. External Relations: Liaise with embassies and consulates to ensure smooth visa processing. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related field. 2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in visa/immigration services or student support roles. 3. Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and visa management software. 4. Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
