Tele Sales / Visa Executive
Job Profile
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers
looking to apply for Visa for various countries.
Work on inbound leads and emails from customers
Provide complete details, document rules, and explain the process to apply for a worldwide visa.
Verifying all documents and collecting the payments
Handling post-sales calls
Liaise with internal operations teams for timely processing of visa applications
Requirements
Experience of in 1-3 years in selling worldwide Visas
Good understanding of processes and documents for applying visas for
multiple countries
Excellent communication skills along with convincing, negotiating and
customer service skills.
